An interview to Elie Rubin, founder and CEO of Innitel Telecom, one of the largest contact center software providers in the world. INNITEL is a start up founded in 2013 and based out of Jerusalem. It develops new technologies in order to increase the productivity of Contact Centers.
Please describe the identity, history and values that underpin your company.
For the past 3 years we have been developing one of the best Contact Center Platform that exist today and we keep adding new edge features that will make the industry progress tremendously. For us the most valued assets are our human resources.
What is the unique selling point for your products/services and what are the reasons for their success?
Today, we are bringing the technology to the small/medium business and small/medium enterprises market, what can only afford enterprises. Customer service and retention play key roles within our organization. We grow and nurture our relationships because it’s the company that maintains the long-term relationship that will be here long after the sales-only organization has closed its doors. Many providers give lousy support to their customers, and try to maximize their own profits rather than provide reliability and speed for their customers.
What are your growth strategies, challenges and vision for the future?
As to our growth strategy, I can say that we are working to access the Chinese and US market. This industry is incredibly dynamic and the opportunities to learn new things and to constantly improve are endless. Our next challenge is to integrate A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) and Automation within our products.
We want to offer a product that is leader technologically speaking in the Contact Center industry, while we keep growing smartly and exponentially as we have been doing in the past 3 years.
How far does the company consider innovation a strategy for growth?
Innovation is the most important aspect. Without innovation our business would be absolutely irrelevant.
What does "business internationalisation" mean for you today? Exports, outsourcing, partnership, or a combination of these?
A great combination of all of these. Today we export 80% of our services worldwide. We have some outsourcing partners that are doing great jobs and add value to our innovation and strategy. Without partnership, there is no possibility to really expand in the global market.
